Defining scope
This is where we will get to know each other and talk about the scope of the project. We define what is going to be tested for example.

Conducting usability test
Once your study is defined, we set up a moderated test with our specially developed software. Here the users will try to carry out some pre-defined scenarios. A moderator will be present during the test to observe and if necessary ask further questions to clarify certain behaviour. Or we can simply launch remote tests.

Analyse & recommend
Based on the objectives of your study, our UX team can deliver easy-to-understand charts and actionable recommendations for you to present to your stakeholders.
